Do you like to cook and just want to make your own version?
Just curious why you don't just go buy some if you love it that much?

I learned a recipe from my wife’s aunt that I cook all the time and it comes out great. Have made a few changes to it but it’s always good and people love it.
1/2 white onion
Few cloves garlic
8oz can tomato sauce
2T Olive oil
Few teaspoons Sazon
Dried oregano
Salt/pepper
Chicken bouillon
2 cups rice
3.5 cups water
Sauté the onion in the olive oil until soft. Add garlic until fragrant. Add rice and toast for a few minutes. After light toast add the tomato sauce and the seasonings. Let this simmer for a few minutes. Add the water and chicken bouillon and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, let sit for 20 minutes. Fluff and enjoy.
Could easily add things like frozen peas/carrots if you want. Or used crutches tomatoes instead of sauce. But this is a good base recipe.

Basically the way I make it but I skip the
prepackaged sazon and add cumin, coriander, salt and garlic. Also add diced tomatoes instead of sauce and peas and corn.

INGREDIENTS
Enriched Long Grain Parboiled Rice (Rice, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid), Onion, Salt, Red and Green Bell Pepper, Spices (Including Red Pepper), Sugar, Yeast Extract, Tamari Soy Sauce (Soybean, Salt) & Garlic.
The recipe on the box says to prepare with a 14oz can of diced tomatoes. I like the previous posters' recipes where paste or sauce is used.
I feel like the OP would notice the absence of red and green bell pepper.

When we do taco night at the house, I buy the 90 second bag of Kroger brand Spanish rice. My family and I love it. I realize that doesn’t answer your question and I apologize for that, just thought I’d throw it out there
