I read to wrap each bottle individually in bubble wrap, tape around bottle caps, put in individual ziplock bag, etc etc

Any cost effective methods?

A wine shipper

I got the free bubble wrap bags from United States postal service, so I put 3 cans (2 bottles) in each one and seal it. Then I place all of those sealed bags in a garbage bag

Throw in a box large enough for the shipment and assume it goes to plan?

Bubble wrap each can, not just one layer unless you use the big bubble stuff. Do a couple layers of the smaller bubble stuff. Then fit about 3 cans per a 1 gallon zip lock bag. Line box with paper, pack peanuts, more bubble wrap etc. Just make sure when box is sealed they are not able to move.

Hit up the company supply closet.

Bubble wrap, tape, trash bag, and newspaper. Wrap each bottle with bubble wrap, then take a few bottles and wrap them as a whole in another layer. Place in trashbag. Then line the hell out of the box with newspaper or whatever other filler you have.

electrical tape on the caps, a few layers of bubble wrap on every bottle including the top and bottom of the bottle and lots of stuffing in the box... everything should get there safe

Or you can buy a wine shipper

Use FedEx not USPS.

One is a crime, one just gets you a letter.

Bubble wrap each one, gallon zip lock, crumpled paper to keep them from touching. IF possible line the whole box with a garbage bag and tape well.

Bubble wrap them more than once and put a bunch of layers in between. You want to avoid the box getting wet and getting removed. Ziplocs and trash bags are your friends. Use fedex or ups since they don't really care.

Cans are easier to ship since I have this Styrofoam container that fits in a box, but it doesn't work as well with bottles.

Stryo shippers are the most convenient and safest way.

I’ve always just bubble wrapped in bottle then put each in a ziplock. I shipped 12 ghosts for less than 20 bucks
