Any of you food adventurists try raw vegan before?

And if so, is it at all worth trying?

I while back I dabbled in it and bought a "cookbook" called Raw the Uncook Book. Actually vegetarian not true vegan. It was pretty good stuff. Some of it was labor intensive but worth it

Good way to ingest parasites and worms apparently.

I'm vegan but not raw. I've have some days where I will eat 90% raw but never have been consistent with it. It is definitely worth trying, I may have to do it one of these days.
