Will be in Alexandria later this week for business. Any food/drink recommendations?

Not an expense account thing so really looking to keep it in the reasonable category.

TIA

Pamela's has pretty solid soul food/plate lunches. I think there's 2 locations.

Shouldn’t be an issue

Spirits is solid. I ate there a few years ago when Dad was in Cabrini, getting his gallbladder removed.

Edited because I'm an idiot. I used to eat at Critic's Choice all the time for lunch when I worked in Ellic, but I haven't had a meal there since '95.

Spirits has a good mixture or Louisiana and bar food with good craft beer selection

We like Tunks for fried seafood, it’s on a lake and just right outside of town. Robbie g’s is decent too

Quebedeauxs has boudin and other Louisiana foods

Veronas or Bellinos if you want a nicer dinner/Italian, not dressy

Pretty good Vietnamese imo on Jackson St. Place is Called Pho U.

I've also heard Wildwood Pizza is pretty good but I've never been.

This is pretty good info.

Pizza - Wildwood.
Viet Thai Bistro has good Curry, and other things.
Apollo for good Greek.
Robbie G's for very casual fried(mostly) seafood, and they have been having crabs on occasion.
Good People kitchen for healthy choices and they have a decent beer selection. Great burger too.
