I’m looking for a dipping sauce recipe for ahi tuna. I see a bunch on google, just looking for some preferences for the best recipe.

That’s what I was looking for! Do you have a good ponzu recipe?

Oh I just buy the Kikkoman brand.

This one looks really good though.

Here's one we made at the sushi bar.

Soy Ponzu (Ponzu shoyu)

3 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
2 cup soy
1 cup yuzu juice
.5 tsp hon dashi

mix all ingredient well and refrigerate.

If you want a smaller yield, use TABLESPOONS instead of CUPS and add a small pinch of hon dashi. You can also add mirin if you want a little sweetness or if you want to change the flavor, sub in seasoned rice wine vinegar for the unseasoned.
