Don't try to pass in the aisle.

Lose some more weight. It's not Walmart built for supersized people.

It's an ok store. Nothing more, nothing less.

Minus WF and probably FM I can't think of a store I would put above it. Not saying it is above all others, but your prejudice has shown since before the doors opened.

Do you own stock in it jackass? Who gives a shite. It's a grocery store and weight has nothing to do with it. The aisles are very narrow. I know. Because I have shopped there quite a few times. To say it will make Rouses rethink its plans is a stupid uninformed statement and if you drink that Kool aid than you are much dumber than I thought. You think I make shite up? Go push a buggy down a middle aisle and come back with an informed opinion. Until then stfu.

Have no interest, hence why I have been critical of it as well of complimentary.

I thought that statement was uninformed...pretty much eluded to that earlier in this thread.

Already have. I stand by my statement. It isn't meant for supersized people. If a store that allows customers to go "three wide" is crucial it isn't or you. Comparing it to a 7-11 is asinine.

Calandros hasn't and won't miss a beat

It has put a dent in Calandro's traffic. They're still hitting their sales numbers though, but there is some concern.

I haven't been to Alexanders. I live within 5-10 minutes of Calandro's, Fresh Market and both Matherne's. And I work 5 minutes from Whole Foods. I can't really forsee any time I'll ever go to Alexander's.

You can't go two wide. That is a design flaw and I can assure you I've heard that complaint from every person I know that has been in there, fat thin, black or white.

I went to Alexander's this weekend and was offered a sample of their "crawfish étouffée pizza". Good but can't imagine eating more than one slice of it.

As for Calandro's on Seigen, no one in town can beat their beer selection IMO.
