10.5 hr smoke. My stall was more around 150 degf. Turned out delicious.

Going to attempt to smoke my first brisket any advice? Rubs? Marinades?
Im using a webber kettle grill, charcoal, and soaking some mesquite chips. No fancy thermometer or anything, just an external analog on the lid.
