Here's where I'm at. Been there for quite a while with the oven on 150 now. I will eat eventually. Working on some bourbon right now.....

10.5 hr smoke. My stall was more around 150 degf. Turned out delicious.

Going to attempt to smoke my first brisket any advice? Rubs? Marinades?

Im using a webber kettle grill, charcoal, and soaking some mesquite chips. No fancy thermometer or anything, just an external analog on the lid.
