2016 Gumbo Wars to Benefit Anglers for Conservation: Hook Kids on Fishing Progam

6th annual contest here in Orlando will be held on Saturday October 22nd. We've raised over $120,000 so far and introduced thousand of children and their parents to fishing/outdoors, hopefully getting them off the couch and video games. 
We have some spots this year for teams and if you are in the area close enough to participate we would love to have some new teams. Here's the website for looking over the team rules etc. Gumbo Wars
We always have a great time and the gumbo ranges from very very good to WTF were people thinking. LSU Orlandeaux Alumni Association participates as well.
Normally we have 1200 to 2000 people depending on the weather. Even if you can't field a team and you are close enough come out and attend. If you know someone on TD that might be interested but doesn't come to Food and Drink board please let them know about our event.
