I don't care what anyone says -- those cheese enchiladas in the red sauce with the dollop of sour cream on top were the truth.

That being said, every time I left Panchos I felt like I had swallowed a lead weight

These guys, being managers, knew where Poncho's sourced their food, so it was easy for them to duplicate. Much of the food was prepared elsewhere. For example, I remember seeing them empty a big can of tamales at Poncho's.
