It's a Festivus Miracle!

I made this over the weekend in the crock pot. Didn't bother soaking the beans. They cooked faster than I expected. Used a few hocks and a pound of smoked sausage. I'm under the weather, so I didn't give it a lot of effort. I bought a bag of frozen Pic Sweet chopped veggies and threw those in. The quality of those frozen veggies surprised me. I can't remember when I've used any frozen veggies for cooking. I'd try these again. I had the Cajun bag of Hurst's, but I didn't use all the seasoning pack. Used some Nature's Seasoning instead.
