Cajun ninja i guarentee has a good one although not for a 10 gallon pot, but recipes can be tripled, quadrupled, etc.
TD cookbook stuff gets good reviews.

A pot that big only caters to a few things. Sucks two of them are out right off the bat. Chili is easy but you better have a very well seasoned pot for that. Same with sauce picant

Make about 50 garfish balls and gravy. You'll need about 12lbs of saltwater ground gar meat!
