I like my gravy like that from time to time. Good tutorial, I find many people on here dont brown there protein or vegetables enough.

I typically use bone in skin on thighs and lots of onion for mine. The onions and the collagen/fat from the thighs make an incredible gravy.

That looks like a good dish, but you need skin on chicken for proper sticky chicken. The skin is the sticky part.

That and a Boston Butt Pork Roast.... last week I bought a twin pack on sale for $16 a bag of onion and 2 bell peppers. Cooked that for the office and we ate on it for 2 days.
