Watching deer swim is awesome. I don't know why.

Pretty amazing how they can make such a huge body (compared to their legs) stay atop and move so fast in the water with lil tee tiny hooves.

It is pretty cool as they run and wait for each other as a pack

Awesome video and sad at the same time. People and animals alike losing their homes and habitat. I hope all of this is minimal.

In the Wildlife and Fisheries class I took years ago, the professor said if deer had gills they would never leave the water. Supposedly they are one of the best swimmers among animals and often swim the Mississippi River.
