Is it too late to get flood insurance

?? Also what happens if my house floods and I don't have the coverage?? Am I screwed?? The house is in dutchtown lakes off of hwy 74 in Prairieville....I am currently in Philadelphia and the place is rented out....what should I do??!!

Yea, there is a 30day wait period before the insurance goes into effect

If I flood it sounds like I'll be defaulting unless I get a government bailout...but that's unlikely cause i'm white

Well my tenants will have to find a new home if mine floods because I'll be cancelling the auto debit if it floods
