With OBL just getting capped in the face twice and all, the biggest river in our country is cresting across several vulnerable states right now, it seems pretty easy for a few pipe bomb revenge plots to happen. I hope they got extra security beefing the entire River where necessary.

oh great Chad,

just give the terrorists ideas

as we know from the Rant, players read the board, recruits read the recruiting board, and terrorists read the OT

now we're screwed

nm, just realized that this is the Flood Board not the OT

and since there's no link on the left side of the screen the terrorists will never figure out how to find this board

we're safe

It should......although most levee districts and USACE Districts ar eon "flood fight" meaning they shol dbe actively and contuinually patrolling the levees looking for boils, breaches, overtopping, dudes with sticks of dynamite, etc.......
