Grab the direct link URL out of Photobucket and paste that into the img tag URL.
Under Markup hit the img button, not link.

Rattlehead I thought I did that. I copied the url out of the address bar on photobucket then clicked the the img button and pasted in it; then hit submit

Click the "Direct Link" for your Photobucket Image til it says "Copied".Then Paste in the "img" Box.
