Orientation sticker for hardhat...BR theme with ExxonMobil logo

I come to the fark board seeking assistance from the talented people who post here. I have been tasked with designing an orientation sticker for a hard hat that will be used on an upcoming project. I would like to include the ExxonMobil logo as well as something that ties the sticker to Baton Rouge or Louisiana. I even thought about trying to incorporate the tiger that LSU uses on their helmets as a focal point/center of the sticker. Typically the orientation stickers are round or oval and are approximately 3"x3" or so. I know the Exxon logo can't be altered in any way, so there are some limitations in that regard. Any ideas or suggestions will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
