Oh Lords of Fark Board, can someone of much higher intelligence than I make a gif for me

This is a reddit link to a video. I would like to fark the video to show first dog on top as LSU and then after the switharoo, show second dog on top as BAMA. If possible to have a running year calendar that starts at 2000, hits 2011 at the switcharoo point, then proceeds to 2017 as the gif ends. I would like the text "How it feels to be an LSU fan since 2000" somewhere on the screen. Much thanks and praise in advance to the God of Fark that can pull this off. If I had a sister I would definitely set you up with her. Thanks again.
