Giving a speech in Las Vegas, some crazy chick throws a damn shoe at Hillary. Hillary flinched really bad, creating this picture, which is pure gold.

Opened up your gif in PS, took out the selected the first fews frames and clicked on the trash. Also took out one in the middle where you can see the red ball go past his head.
