I agree, the old tiger head is legit. It would eat toonce and the eye for breakfast.

I hate Toonces so much. I've emailed the athletic department, marketing department, and individual administrators in the marketing department about the issue.
There are so many times where I'm in a store and I glance at some LSU gear and I'm like "wow that's awesome!" then notice Toonces and it ruins it for me. It's so stupid looking. I guess it's for the best cuz I'd be buying stuff left and right if it had the old face on it.

I'm with you brother! I am a BIG fan of the classic tiger logo and often pass up buying something because of that F'n Toonces!!! 
I stumbled across an online petition a few years back to get Toonces removed in favor for the classic logo with thousands of on line signatures on it. Chicken should get an TD.com petition on here to show the University how much this effects their brand and sales of products.

It seems like recently I've seen more of the old Tiger, but still way too much Toonces. Any Toonces is too much Toonces.
I can handle the eye of the tiger on some things, but the old Tiger face should be the primary logo for everything. I hate watching ESPN and, everytime they talk about LSU and have the logo on screen, we have to see that dumb cartoon. It's embarrassing.
