In need of a new avatar

and I need a creepy one just like my orange guy here. He's set to retire. So I found one just as creepy.
So, if it's possible, can we cut this picture down to just this creature? Maybe have it's eyes blink or something? Maybe, enlarge her a little. I need this for my new avatar. Thanks.
