Idea for a trump/political gif.... Not sure if it can be done

I tried finding a premade gif but unfortunately I cannot. Anyway....
I'm thinking of that scene in LOTR ROTK when the orcs fling the heads of gondorian soldiers over the walls as a form of psychological warfare. It's the scene where the head honcho utters "fear..... This city is rank with it"
There is a 28 second YouTube video I found (it's titled "lord of the rings-release the prisoners") that shows the scene I have in mind
It would be awesome if Someone made the Orc commander trump, the heads of the soldiers as all the people trump has defeated (other repubs, Nate silver, beck, etc), and the gondorian defenders as the major dem party figures (Hillary, Obama, etc)
This is probably not possible to do but maybe there's a chance someone here will be an angel
