Ink is obviously different, I have very little knowledge of things such as photoshop, but if the info on that birth certificate was writtten by the same ink pen, in cursive, then the letters would all be similar. You can obviously see where it was adobe illustrated.

You don't need to know much to understand what he is showing in the video.
I don't really buy into this whole Obama birther thing, but that video and the fact that you can download the same BC is really scary.

I didn't have the audio on, but he just opens it up in illustrator and shows the layers? Zooms in on them to show that, gasp, they are pixelized and bitmapped?
Let's just assume that the thing was faked and that the fakers are talented enough to create the forgery (without the rest of the world and mainstream media picking up on it, just some youtube conspiracy videos)... don't you think these forgers would be smart enough to collapse and merge all the layers in photoshop before releasing it to the public? That way it wouldn't be able to be debunked by just opening it up in a widely available program and looking at the layers?
I opened up this file and turned off all the layers but the green one, the supposed layer that all the fake stuff was added on. You can still clearly see the certificate says "State of Hawaii" "certificate of live birth" and "barack hussein obama, II" even in the whited out part.
Who knows why it was all broken into layers like that, maybe just to fix it up for appearances to be released to the public? But the vital parts to prove it's him, and it was in hawaii, are there.

if the erased parts of this image are fake, why would some the box numbers be erased and faked? Why the "R" in Barack be left and the rest erased? The "H" and "al" in hospital is left, but the rest had to be faked? None of it makes sense. Thats a very interesting video. I don't know much about that stuff, but it is definitely weird that major parts of it seemed to be changed or edited. He didn't even mention that the birthplace, which i believe said Kansas, only the K was the original writing. The most recent video posted i don't think disproves very much, considering that he scanned in an image that was already done on a computer and doesn't have any pen writing on it, but i don't know.
