Dogs 4 Cops logo help.. Non-Profit Organization

Can somebody photoshop this for me? We need the inside where the eagle looking thing is to just be black basically. Also if you could put the words Dogs 4 Cops on the top of it to where the "4" is in the indention. Please and thank you!
