Can someone tell me if this is within the limits set for sig images?

Too big...it's 227k...needs to be 30k or under.
For future reference, it's pretty easy to check. Right click on the image, select "properties" and then look for the amount of bytes. It must be under 30,000 bytes.

Chrome doesn't have the properties button and the "inspect element" option gives me too much info to sort through. I used IE and figured it out. How does one go about shrinking the size to make it conforming?
