Can I get help with a business logo

Hello Farkers! Have enjoyed your work over the years. Could someone help me out here. A friend of mine owns this business and needs to change it a bit and needs it in .ai if that’s possible. He would like all of the white that is in the rectangle to be the grey and Da Vinci’s Donuts plus the donut, to be white (edge and sprinkles). Any help would be appreciated. Also, just need the Circle with a little white around it, not the whole background.
