I need some help creating an image of Bill Cassidy to go on a billboard on I-10.

Most of the interstate billboards are rectangle either 10-6x36 or 14x48

Can someone edit this to say, "Senator Cassidy" where "Bill Cassidy" is currently?
Also, change (lamar request) "American Traitor" to "American Failure"
Also wanted to put, "Paid for by Coalition for Electoral Accountability" on the very bottom somewhere small.

What can the Masters here do to improve this one I made in imgflip?
Some suggestions are a colored background (some combo of purple/gold with the background/letters), bigger text where possible, bolding the first letters of the bottom 3 lines (SOB) or different color to make them stand out
, and spacing out the bottom 3 lines.
Of course, feel free to have fun with it as you will.

I like that billboard. You need to keep it simple (less than 7 words) and direct. People's attention span for billboards is very short.
