Some sports guy. There are several twitter feeds from people outside the courthouse indicating that the judge asked if he would play this week, and the NFL said "yes", and that week 2 would be first game out. Don't know how true, but more than one saying this.

Honestly I'm to the point where I don't care if he plays or not. Just make a damn decision.
