My only suggestion is you don't need 3 QBs. Your RBs are stronger than your WRs, but I'd still be inclined to pick up Tate.

Hawkins led all CLE WR's in snaps, and had 2x's as many targets as their next receiver(10). He caught 8 balls for 87 yards. He may be someone to look at in PPR.
I agree, you dont need 3 QBs.
Also ben tate is only out 2-4 weeks. Think about where he was drafted, probably 4-5th round. Shame on that guy for being so reactive.

I was pretty much just keeping 3 QBs for trade bait being there are 2 other teams with no backup QB, 1 team with 2 subpar QBs. Think It'd be a good idea to drop a QB for Tate. If so, which one?

Can't decide if I should drop RGIII or Rivers. Rivers has always been pretty consistent but if RGIII ever finds a way out of his slump then he can put up big numbers. I'm leaning toward Hawkins since I'm stronger at RB but I'm old-school and love loading up on RBs. Really favor playing RBs in the flex being they touch the ball so much. Only thing that worries me with Tate is the injury prone tag. I mean it only took one game for him to get hurt. I'm having the same dilemma with Jordan Reed and have been debating whether to drop him or not.

maybe wait and see how they play tomorrow and then decide. It's a toss up to me. I'd rather Rivers personally, but i feel RG3 is more attractive in a trade

Drop RG3 and Jordan Reed. Pick up Ben Tate and Hawkins and call it a day.
