What week is too late in the regular season for a trade in fantasy football?

..and if one of the teams involved needed everything to go his way to make the playoffs (it didn’t) how would you feel about it?

Regular season 14 weeks
Trade occurs after W12 heading into W13
Guy has two good QBs and can’t start both so he ships him to another team for a starting RB to insert into his lineup.

It’s fine as long as he wasn’t mathematically eliminated from the playoffs. I say that assuming the trade is relatively fair and it doesn’t look like collusion. If there’s a last place penalty, the trade is fine up to the deadline.

This is a long running league and there had been a deadline that prevented trading after week 12.

We do through the end of the regular season. There's a last place penalty so, for the most part, everyone stays engaged.

What site? You usually get email alerts or can see when settings are changed so you can see exactly when the change was made.

Nah. This league always had a 14 week regular season.
It’s completely MIA from the league rules. We’ve never had a trade go down this late so it wasn’t noticed on a league renewal.
