What to do with this trade offer

Received this offer this morning:
His Juju for my Gaskin
.5 PPR
My WRs are Lockett, Boyd, Aiyuk, AJ Green,
My RBs are Zeek, Aaron Jones, Gaskin, Jamaal Williams, D. Freeman
His WRs are DJ Moore, Davante Adams, Tee Higgins, JuJu, and Deebo Samuel
His RBs are Damien Harris, Gio, Mixon, and Cam Akers
Juju has not been his old self this year and Gaskin is incredibly reliable.
I'm considering countering with Devonta Freeman for Juju or DJ Moore for Gaskin as Moore has been coming on hot lately
Thoughts?

I would want nothing to do with JuJu. He had a solid rookie year and a blow up year both with AB. Then he had an injured year and this year. I’d give up very little for him.

You could. You seem pretty well of on RBs right now. You could use Moore. I would counter for Moore simply because he might be the number 1 guy in Carolina.
As for JuJu he could be up and down as Pitt has Johnson claypool Washington. That’s a lot of guys to compete with for points.

Moore is not the number one in Carolina that they thought he would be. Robbie Anderson gets more targets. With McCaffrey coming back soon, there are a lot of mouths to feed in the Panthers passing game. Anderson, Moore, Samuels, McCaffrey. Moore is a boom or bust flex option. I think you could target another rb needy team and get better value for Gaskins. Clear cut number 1 RB’s these days are valuable.
