What do you think of my dynasty fantasy team

First time I've doing a dynasty fantasy league. 12 team ppr. The draft has no time limit and is not over but this is what I have so far.
1QB, 2RB, 3WR, 1TE, 3Flex no D/st no K
Qb: Cousins
RB: Leveon Bell, McCoy, Gordon, Cook
WR: Edelman, E. Sanders, Crabtree, Zay Jones, R Matthews, Curtis Samuel
TE: M Bennett, Evan Engram
I know I am pretty weak at WR. But I had first pick and couldn't pass up Gordon and McCoy when it got back to me. Some people have ridiculously weak running backs in the league. Hope to take advantage of that when they start panicking week 2

WR are more valuable in a dynasty league because they last longer. Taking 3 RB before a WR might bite you in the arse moving forward.
Team should definitely compete this year, though.

Ahh dang wish I had known that prior! Really went into it not knowing what I was doing. Although I didn't like the WR options I had when it got back to me anyways. Players like jordy Nelson and D thomas who are getting up there in age.

I don't blame you for taking a RB with the first pick, but just replacing Odell/Evans with Bell and having your team as is makes it look much better long term.
The tier after Odell/Evans/Brown/Julio/Green are tricky, but I would have preferred a Michael Thomas/Amari Cooper over McCoy long term and right now. You had the 24th and 25th pick, so you should have known that you had a RB2 there no matter what.

Ahh very good point. I hate the first pick. Actually tried to trade out to 4th but commish said no predraft trades for first year. Whatever

I mean, you're set for the next 3 years at every position except WR (which so happens to be the most important

You need to deal one of your RBs (I would deal Gordan, Tbh). With the ability to start up to 6 WRs, you're at a huge disadvantage.

Yeah my mind set was that people were really gonna need RB's there were about 3 people who got to the 5th round before they even got a RB. I was planning on trading a running back early.

No way Cooper was there in the second and a very good chance that cooks wasn't either.

Not sure. Most would say the same about McCoy falling to 24, and even Gordon possibly to 25. But going off of what he said about WR's going fast, I'm sure you're right.

I just looked up what wr's were going in the dynasty league draft that we just had here. Dez went 24th overall, and Cooks went 25th. Wr's around that range also were Corey Davis, Davante Adams, and Jarvis Landry. Cooper went the middle of the 1st round. So good chance Cooks was actually available. Still say no chance on Cooper.
Cooper is a sexy early pick in inaugural dynasty drafts. Entering his third year he is still super young and is an emerging star. He has potential to be elite for a long time.
McCoy has way reduced value in a dynasty league because he is already old. Going end of 2nd is actually probably towards the top of his range for a dynasty draft. He's a great win now player though depending on how your team ends up being built.

Get on the phone, sell Gordon. Package a WR with him if you must and get a WR1

Your WR are bad. That's not even any real upside there. Edelman wont ever see the volume he has in the past, Sanders/Crabtree wont kill you but 25 other WRs are flirting with that 80/1000 benchmark these days - we want them as our 3/4 WRs if possible, Zay Jones landed in a terrible situation w that pass attack, Matthews all of sudden has ample competition, and Samuel is a bit unknown at this point but he's way down the line for touches

correct cooper was gone by the 8th pick in our league. Think cooks was right around 15. I'm telling you when it got back around to me the WR's were all a crapshoot. If I've learned anything, its that I should have taken OBJ 1 and had a nasty squad. But hindsight and 20/20 you know

Your RBs are great but your WRs look weak. Everything else looks fine. I would trade McCoy or Gordon for a good WR IMO, more than likely Gordon.
