Week 3 RB help

I think Sproles and Jones will have better games. However, I couldn't justify sitting C. Johnson if he was on my team. The Jets have completely shut down their first two opponents, but Johnson is talented enough to break off a big run at any time.

League A:
Ryan Grant and who else? P Thomas, R Rice, D Ward?
Leaning Rice vs Cle, but Ward will be the bulk against NY and Tuck and Phillips are out.

League B:
With Barber out, Frank Gore, Steve Slaton, or Kevin Smith?
Leaning Slaton, Smith with Gore injured and playing Vikings run D
