This is beyond stupid. So you can't even finish the season you signed up for, awesome.

how is it stupid? You can still finish the season and you can still pick up off waiver wire. I wasn't clear about droping players..... you can still drop players as long as its a justifable drop. No dumping rosters or dropping a top guy.

However, teams that have been mathmatially eliminated from making playoffs are not allowed to trade with anyone thats still in the hunt. Its the fair way to do it in order to avoid any off balance trades.

I think he was talking about being locked from the waiver wire if you're not in the playoffs. I agree that it's stupid. Why should people not in the playoffs not be allowed to pick up who they want to try to beat their current opponent, even if it's in the Sacko tournament?

Fair.

Me and my league are all game to frick one another over. As long as its all done in normal league rules and no collusion it's all fair

Playoffs start next week. Just trying to win my last regular season game...finish second to last instead of last

I commend you for playing till the bitter end.

Nothing sucks more than someone who abandons their team.

The loser of the consolation bracket in our league buys a keg for the rest of us to throw a party, so I have no problem with it.

you dont have a trade deadline?

this should come before anyone is technically mathematically eliminated from the playoffs.

Dropped DJax (on IR) for Moreno. Standard run of the mill everyday waiver wire pickup.

We have a trade deadline, however we had 2 players that were mathmatically eliminated 2 weeks before the playoffs (started this past weekend). LM decided to do an 11 week season, to be sure that the league was finished before the possibility of a team resting starters late in the season once they have clinched playoff spot.

I wish we had gone at least 12, maybe 13 week regular season but we didn't. I think we will extend next year though.

gotcha - we don't lock anyone out of te waiver wire. They can play till the bitter end, just don't want anyone dumping rosters or dropping Aaron Rodgers because they want to pick up Tim Tebow for the consolation bracket.
