Got a tough one here.

I'm starting Ezekiel Elliott and Ameer Abdullah this week at RB 1 and 2 but for flex I'm choosing between LeSean McCoy vs NYJ or Spencer Ware @ Houston. Both going against tough run defenses and it's .5 PPR.
