Next thing you know they will be voting to legalize marijuana on this bill.

Some a-hole Senator from Baton Rouge yesterday tried to add an additional 10% tax to the 15% already established.
He said well bookies make 10% profit so why can't Louisiana. Lol
Here's the Cameron Henry interview. LINK

The stupidity in this state is mind boggling. Someone wants to come in and all they can think is how they can wring more money out of them.

Henry is fricking idiot. You would thought he had a dick in mouth when Tommy brought up Georges

48 House members just voted against a stripped bill that would simply put the sports betting to a public vote. fricking embarrassing.

The also added the sports betting tax to 600 just like they did with 459 yesterday

Jesus..... it’s a real shame the politicians are allowed to get away with this. They are pretty much given carte Blanche to do as they please because the average citizen is too busy with working/supporting their family to hold these criminals feet to the fire. None of this will change until a group of white collar workers show up on a Wednesday at noon at their office and tell them things are gonna change. Until then, it will be business as usual for this gaggle of grifters.
It’s really depressing when you think about it.

The fantasy bill shouldn't be in this situation to begin with. If the sports betting bill would have been given a fair way of getting through Congress then the fantasy bill wouldn't have been hijacked.
I don't think you can blame either author of the bill on this because it's the outside forces that are keeping either bill from passing right now.
Fantasy will pass if it gets voted on in it original form. I don't think either bill will pass if it's put together in a "2 for 1"
