Look at two things:
1- How many times has the Philly D produced negative points in your league
2- How many times the Giants have given a DST negative points (this one should bt zero in most formats)

I think you have to play the defense. The likelihood that they will be negative vs NYG is very small. You don't want to risk a stat correction loss.

Yea start them. How many times have D’s gone negative in your league? How many times has Philly done it? How many times has the D playing NYG done it?
