I'd be more concerned about your TEs than your QBs.. you can never have too much depth at RB to start a season. Id stay put

Little outside the box on this - Taysom Hill is available.
At TE, Conklin is available on the waiver. I'm not sure whether him or Herndon benefits most from Irv being sidelined.
Adam Trautman is also available.
