Trade proposed to me: Kenyan Drake/12th for Miles Sanders/8th

David Johnson owner proposed giving me Miles Sanders and his 8th Round pick next year for Kenyan Drake and my 12th Round pick.
I am very weak at RB so either Drake or Sanders pretty much has to start for me. The only benefit for me is moving up a few rounds in our next draft. I do feel like Drake has more upside, but as Edmonds and Johnson heal up he will be in a crowded backfield.
Thoughts?
