Throat cut or not to throat cut: McLaurin or Hollywood?

Opponent has Kyler and projections have us pretty close.
My flex choice is between Terry and Marquise which I have Terry slotted to start, but since Hopkins and Rondale are out, I figure that starting Hollywood Brown is a safety check in case Kyler blows up.
Both WRs are similarly projected, would you try to throat cut your opponent’s QB?

Never. Start your best lineup.

Logical fallacy
Never consider your opponent’s lineup when setting your own. Maximize your points, period.
