Like two years ago when you had to pick three keepers and they didn't count as picks for a certain round. Rather than like now where someone doesn't have to use their keepers on high round players and can get decent players at the top if they need to start over from scratch. Current system we have makes it easier for someone who screwed themselves with their team the year before to recover and compete.
