yeah it was hard to explain, but this is what happened. I had just figured these guys would have to pass through waivers and this may have been the way to claim the player.

That's the way it should be. I wouldn't mind changing it in the middle of the season. It's the right thing to do.

I didn't give up anything of substance to acquire him, he'll ride the bench just like Evans did. If anything, he's just more insurance like Bush and Ricky
I'm hoping for anything cause Gates is just pissing me off now. First he says he planned all along to come back in week 7, now he's not sure cause the pussy where his foot used to be still hurts.

That's the way it is, and we can leave it at that. It just seems kind of lame that after 2 days, the person who gets their first gets them.

when i say "be on waivers" i mean being able to put a waiver claim on the player
technically they arent on waivers. They are protected Free Agents

That's why I recommended a 2nd waiver wire, which would be on Saturday, or Friday. Make your claims Wed & Thursday. That's the only other option I see & it's the closest to what we're looking for.

Yeah, I am not sure how to do it. Under restricted F/As, it says that the options to award players is set to Wednesday. If I change it to Wed - Saturday, then it doesn't allow UFAs to be picked up until Saturday. So if that's how it is, then you would have to make a claims on everyone until Saturday.

And, you can't add / drop someone freely until Saturday.
Do you want me to give you commish access to look at it? I am changing it to back what it was for now, which is Waivers on Wednesday, UFA's can be picked up until their gametime, and RFAs aren't available until 2 days later.
