Rouge, I personally think you gave Nobes a fighting chance in rw3r, even though he was bad mouthing your drafting skills.

I am condemned in these leagues for being active and/or for not being active enough. I can't win.

I'm not really in love with my draft but that probably had a lot to do with not having a 2nd or a 3rd, lots of quality players going off the board. Pretty stoked i could get rios in the 4th though. I know I didn't help with the closer run but with only a 1st and a 4th i knew it would be slim pickens by the time it got back around.

#15- Honkus

Big Honk's team is still not quite on the level where he will compete every week, but let's face it, it is getting better. His hitting could be scrappy, but I think he needs Harper & Trout to really see some ABs this season. 400 each? I really hope for his sake Gamel is who he thinks he is. I thought a better route would have been to take a proven player and trade him; but that isnt nearly as fun.

His pitching with Strasburg, Beachy, Norris and Edwin is not bad at all. There are a few teams with worse staffs. He could steal a few categories a week if these guys pitch like they are capable.

Overall this team is still about a year or 2 away. At some point he'll need to start adding some veteran players that he can potentially keep. He sort of did that this year, but I dont see too many potential keepers. I do like the Mesoraco pick.

His team is impressive top to bottom. Was surprised to see how good his SP look.

Just by default I have to put this clown here. I thought going in, he had a middle of the pack keeper set, but he pretty much ruined it from the outset with his closer selections. I felt like he could have built a contending team. After his closer run was over, he drafted 6 or 7 worthless players. Kind of disappointing. Still with that being said, he has some decent hitters. Not enough to beat the good teams in this league, but enough to compete with the bottom tier.

His pitching is horrible besides the 5 closers on his roster. He has Jon Lester, Wandy, and Bedard, I guess he can make a litle noise, but other than that it's a shite sandwich.

Overall, this team took a huge step back when there was a chance to take a step forward. By my count there is upwards of 10 wasted picks. Who knows what could have been done with a normal strategy. He surely could have competed early, and rebuilt had it not worked out. Rebuilding starting from draft day is lame. GLTH
