hanson has a noticeable snap on his arm, you would have to be a dolt not to see it

CC turns his body for deception, not for power.

I've actually only seen Hanson pitch a couple of times, and his delivery is rather violent. Looks like his elbow could snap the way he releases it. It's not as fricked up looking as Brian Fuentes, but it's odd.

However, I'm not an expert on pitching techniques. I don't know if his or CC's is more likely to result in injury. If I had to guess though, I'd say Hanson.

Yeah...none of us are fricking experts...and I'm not really talking about this in context of injury. I just think on face value, Hanson has a much more "arm heavy release"

not really

like i said, their windups are deceptive

Hanson short arms the ball, which isnt overly stressful on the arm and elbow.

CC has like 2K innings on his arm, Hanson has like 100. This argument is stupid to begin with.

ron stick to soccer or whatever other faggy sports you play

Pitchers work their legs harder in the offseason than they do their arms. dont know what cave you live in or where hamstring and ACL injuries come in at.

and you're right, pitchers never have injuries below their waste. it's always arm
