yeah, i never played baseball growing up, ever

Pitchers work their legs harder in the offseason than they do their arms. dont know what cave you live in or where hamstring and ACL injuries come in at.
the frickign point is you bring all this bullshite about pitchers pitching with their legs MORE, why the frick dont they injure their legs. the most common injuries in pitchers are elbow and shoulder injuries. and the ones that have more violent throwing motions are the ones that hurt themselves easier. i know im a fig bc i played soccer, but contrary to your personal opinion, you and your brother arent the end all be all knowledge of baseball injuries and other useless bullshite

gyno i never said that pitchers dont injure their legs EVER
i said that violent throwing motions are more taxing on the elbow and shoulder. your totl disregard that this is close to truth is just retarded

obviously theres going to be more arm injuries when pitching. violent= not a good thing=injuries. if you threw the ball with your feet then there would be more leg injuries.
but comparing arm joints/muscles to legs isn't comparable.
i will say you are right so you stop crying and being a pussy. you and ian are right! end all to be alls

Ideally from what I read in the Nolan Ryan Pitchers Bible, is that all your power comes from your back leg and IDEALLY your arm is just suppposed to come through the zone, thus putting less stress on the shoulder/elbow.
From a blog.

whoa, so now you are arguing that a pitcher is more apt go get a injury to their arm than their legs???
no shite.
You cant even comprehend what I am saying ,obviously u butt hurt ninny

FWIW, My argument is that CC uses he legs more in his pitch than Hanson.
And Hansons definitely has a snap to his arm....he really whips it across his body.
He likely has been doing it for quite some time and I imagine it doesnt hurt him.

which i can agree on. you were saying he pitched with all arm, and i was simply saying that he wasn't. just arguing semantics

And I admitted that a log time ago.
Clearly there was a level of hyperbole on my end...but using more legs would indicate a more full nody pitch and using less leg would indicate more arm intesive.

I would like to point out again that this is a tdbl thread and I have both of them in tdbl and you dont need to stand up for Marles #2 pitcher in dis league.

dude, thats not what i was doing
the first thing i said was that hansons motion was more taxing on his body than sabathias, because of his snap and violent delivery. that was the only thing i was trying to say

i dont even remember who had who in this league, to be honest. it's all a combined blur of mumbo jumbo.
