Yes. You can't buy a suit off the rack - the pants are unhemmed anyway - all suits are tailored. Tell them you want a full break on the hem, cuff on jacket about mid hand with about an 1/2" of of shirt sleeve cuff showing. Also make sure it is fairly fitted and don't wear big clunky loafers, get a decent pair of lace up shoes - wing tips or a cap toe.

When I wear Sperry's I will throw a really low cut pair of socks on unless I'm just doing something around the house. Can't do the tennis shoe with no socks thing.
