Does this guy write the player updates for fantasy basketball?
I don't think he made it past 8th grade. Terrible, terrible writing skills.

What Nobes is proposing is essentially a claim for charity not a claim for parity. Oh Noz. Don't let LE, Nobes, Slo or me have a shot at top pick or the league is over.
the rules as stand are clearly not the best way to determine draft order, and gives teams incentive to tank rather than compete.
i have no problems with poor teams trying to get better. they have been and will be able to do so with all the advance time they've had to compile keepers and picks.
they will still have a better shot than the playoff teams at having the best pick.
what we are proposing is clearly better than the current system.
