yeah that would have been a good deal, but i really wanted to keep smith. the only way i trade him is if i get someone close in value to him. he fills up the stat sheet...assists, blocks, steals, boards, points...

Who gives a frick about next year? Everyone but you. Otherwise Brandon Jennings would just be a shifty shooting version of baron Davis.
Also, you act like just because I didn't trade with you I didn't make any moves and you were the only game in town. I swapped tony Parker and a 7 for vince Carter Jarret Jack and an 8. I got EXACTLY what my team needed.
And I'm fairly confident I can win the league with who I have right now. Not that I will but that I can.

Fact Ron. My squad is awesome. Says the ten game lead in the standings. I ve lead every week since week 2 or 3.
And nothing sews up a league. I could have a thirty game lead and it wouldn't make a bit of difference because playoffs are playoffs.
And I ve done this despite the fact I've done little more than set my lineup the past month. Wait til I get home and start dropping my less productive players.
You may beat me this year. Oh well. But it won't be because I failed to do something. It'll be because that's how the stats played out.
If I don't win it this year I'll have just as good a chance next year. And the next. This is a keeper league. People didn't think I'd make the playoffs before this year either. But obviously my strategy is working.
