The rules are in place. every owner has commish access. Everything outside of the money collection/distro runs itself.

Aren’t there 3 vacated teams? I’m just talking about being able to comb the rules, assess a squad and maybe make a deal or two before tip. We would like to serve the best interest of the league by being active and prepared

I agree it should be a 3 team draft. Didn't realize we were replacing 3.
We could empty those rosters tomorrow and have the three owners add players from the FA pool minus rookies until their rosters are full. Team with first pick gets worst draft pick out of the three. We can run a quick three team lottery to see who gets what pick.

What if you take all six options - pick 1, pick 2, pick 3 in the draft from the 3 teams. And then highest draft slot 1, slot 2, and slot 3.
Draw straws to draft those options - so say I win first choice - I can pick the highest draft position instead of the first choice of rostered player. Then the next guy can chose the option he wants. Then the third guy gets third and fourth choice before it snakes back around

I would be good with that. I think the three teams should come to an agreement on what works best. Whatever y'all decide I'm good with.

Yea I think expansion draft with 3 vacated teams makes sense. I don't know exactly what the picks of those teams were going to be, but we could also adjust them within the rounds to keep things fair as well
