That team was so bad. Seemed like a waste of money.

If sandy wants out, you can have my team and I’ll take the other.

I’m just taking Melton and JJJ

Still leaves you
Steph, Kawhi, AD23, Simmons, LaVine, Aaron Gordon, etc

But you have to be committed long term. Like no bouncing after a year or two. I want a three-year commitment

I have already lost interest, I can say for certain i would not be back next season. I appreciate you reaching out but I would not have joined had I known about the daily FAB. So while I will not leave you hanging, I will gladly pass it off to DJ or whomever

Gyne, we just reshuffled a bunch of shite in this league to try and add a good owner. Several owners(Thom, PCT, MWG) made sacrifices towards improving the league. Am I wrong in assuming that when you agreed to take this team over for free that you're committing to the league not just for rest of this year, but for the long haul?

Keep your team MWG. You spent like 3 years in the dumps building that thing.

With respect, i had nothing to do with the shitshow that was created here. So I will not bear the burden that these guys jumped through hoops just for me if that's what youre implying.

I was and still will get you through this season, I even had intentions of paying Wisey for the team this season had things worked out. I did not know this had turned into a daily FAAB with extended rosters. I had visions of a decently quick turnaround w/ an aggressive management style via FA and trades. T tells me trading doesnt even happen much. I guess I couldve used more of a briefing before decided, I apologize if you all feel deceived

I dont blame you. That team isn’t rebuildable.

I don't expect you to bear the burden. I think all the moves we made are better for the league regardless of who takes the team over. I just assumed when you accepted the team that you were doing it to get back into the league for more than half a season. My fault.

I have no doubts that you could flip that roster around which is why I was all for you coming back. With respect to T, I don't agree with his assessment that trading doesn't happen. It is harder to move older players right now due to a limited number of teams trying to compete, but trading is not dead in this league.

Meh, this team will have the best crack at a Zion, that would get it out the gutter fairly quickly. It's not hopeless

I just gave him the lay of the land. There's a handful of owners who will deal straight up, there's a handful who aren't active in trades, and another handful that will only do a deal if they obviously win it.

Daily FAAB was pretty much a unanimous vote for the league. Melton is the first guy all year that a good game followed by a big FAAB spend the following morning. Most of the Melton types are on rosters already or continued to be cycled through add/drops by various teams.

Gyne will leave this team better than it was when he got it. All is not lost.

Your highest player is #65. Then you have to go all the way to #122 to find the next highest ranked player. Zion isn’t helping that team.

I know if anyone could do it, you can.

I’m pissed that one owner running his team into the ground fricks up a great league like this.

we need to start accepting applications for the new owner today, let gyne manage the team until we find someone

Theres a dude lurking this board that will take over that roster as is, Im sure of it.

This is dumb. My team 2 years ago was horrible. My best player was Julius Randle, the Lakers version.

I will trade teams with whoever wants mine after the season. I like rebuilding just as much as I do competing. I am dead serious.

I put this team together, I want to see if I can win, and then I will give it up to whoever wants it and I will take that team.

I agree with Gyno about the waiver thing. It's hard for a team trying to rebuild. I don't like 20 man rosters either. We can't change either mid season, ESPN won't allow it, but I am down to vote on both. Jumpy always pushed expansion. I don't like not having decent players in the pool. Almost think we should go down to like 16 or 17 but that's probably not popular.

I believe this team will produce 5-6 tradeable assets in the coming weeks/months if people are buying. Then Tatum nets you a haul, a Zion nets you a haul. You seemingly could have a new, more solid starting 10 by opening tip 2019-2020.

Dynasty rebuilding ranks:

Tatum: #11
Bam: #44
Franki: #47
Zhaire: #84
Denzel: #91
Giles: #92
Poeltl: #97

Will add a top 20 dynasty asset in the draft. It's not terrible. I'd venture to guess Ports was on par if not worse than this 2 years ago.
